SUNSHINE OUTREACH

Our goal is to reach out and give our fellow members

 a show of kindness or a helping hand in their time

of need...the simple, but thoughtful things such as a

card that fits the occasion or

• Home or hospital visit                  
• A ride to and from the doctor or store
• Grocery or medicine pick-up.

There is nothing more uplifting than to know someone cares and is thinking about you.

To make this program work, we need members to be the main source of information.  Please let us know in a timely fashion who is in need. When you notify us, please provide the following information:

• Your name and phone number.
• That person's name and complete address.
•  His or her phone number and the best time to call.
•  Where he or she is (home, hospital, rehab.)
• If there is a need that we can address other than a card.
